Käyttöehdot

Varatessani studiotilan käyttööni olen lukenut, ymmärrän ja hyväksyn seuraavat käyttöehdot:

1. Vuokraan studion henkilökohtaiseen viihdekäyttöön yksin tai seurueeni kera. Vakuutan, että minä ja koko seurueeni on täysi-ikäinen. Ymmärrän, että studion omatoiminen kaupallinen käyttö on ehdottomasti kielletty. 
   
2. Ymmärrän, että olen vastuussa siitä, että tilan ovi menee lähtiessä lukkoon ja ettei sinne pääse ulkopuolisia. Tilasta tulee poistua viimeistään varatun ajan päättyessä.
   
3. Sitoudun noudattamaan annettuja ohjeita taatakseni huonekalujen, laitteiden ja muun irtaimiston säilymisen ehjänä ja puhtaana. Vapautan 90secs Oy:n mahdollisista kuluista ja korvausvaatimuksista, joita sääntöjen ja käyttöohjeiden noudattamatta jättäminen saattaa aiheuttaa. Sitoudun korvaamaan aiheuttamani vahingon, jos irtaimistoa rikkoutuu käyttöohjeiden vastaisen tai huolimattoman toiminnan vuoksi. Mikäli irtaimistoa rikkoutuu tai huomaan siinä puutteita, sitoudun ilmoittamaan niistä viipymättä sähköpostitse info@90studio.fi.
   
4. Studio on päihteetön tila. Sitoudun käyttämään tiloja vain raittiina. Päihteiden käyttäminen ja tupakointi (myös sähkötupakka ja vesipiippu) on tilassa ehdottomasti kielletty.
   
5. Studio sijaitsee rakennuksessa, jossa on muitakin toimijoita. Otan muut huomioon käyttäytymällä asiallisesti rakennuksen piha-alueella ja sen välittömässä läheisyydessä. Pidän äänenvoimakkuuden myös studiossa hyväksyttävällä tasolla. 
   
6. Kaikki studion tiloissa varaukseni aikana tapahtuva perustuu yhteiseen suostumukseen. Kannan itse täyden vastuun kaikesta, mitä tapahtuu. Ymmärrän, että 90secs Oy ei ole tapahtumissa osallisena tai niistä vastuussa.
   
7. Seksin myyminen ja ostaminen tilassa on ehdottomasti kielletty. Suomen parituslainsäädännön mukaan paritukseen osallistumiseen lasketaan myös se, että sitä edesauttaa tarjoamalla tilan. Vakuutan, että en käytä tilaa maksulliseen seksiin tai mihinkään siihen rinnastettavaan toimintaan.
   
8. Sitoudun noudattamaan tilaa käyttäessäni seuraavia siivous- ja hygieniaohjeita:
   
   • Sängyssä on jokaista käyttäjää varten päiväpeitto, puuvillalakana ja vedenpitävä patjansuojus.  
     Käytön jälkeen käytetyt lakanat tulee ottaa sängystä pois, niin että seuraavalle käyttäjälle paljastuu alta puhdas päiväpeitto. Muistathan ottaa myös käyttämistäsi tyynyistä päällimmäiset liinat pois.  
     Pyykit tulee laittaa keittiön luona olevaan pyykkikoriin.  
     Jos et käyttänyt sänkyä, voit ohittaa tämän vaiheen.  
     
     • Kaikki lelut, joita käytetään limakalvokosketuksissa, tulee ehdottomasti suojata kondomilla ja pestä ennen ja jälkeen käytön saippualla. Muut lelut ja huonekalut tulee käytön päätteeksi pyyhkiä desinfioivalla puhdistusaineella tai puhdistaa muuten annettujen ohjeiden mukaan. Puhdistuksen jälkeen lelut laitetaan pyykkikorin vieressä olevaan koriin. Henkilökunta tarkistaa ja laittaa ne sen jälkeen takaisin paikalleen.
       
     • Käytetyt astiat tulee tiskata ja laittaa puhtaana takaisin paikalleen ja roskat roskakoriin.
       
     • Siirretyt huonekalut tulee laittaa takaisin omille paikoilleen.  
       
     • Eriteleikit on tilassa kielletty. Jos leikkisi ovat muulla tavoin sotkuisia, siivoathan omat jälkesi.  Huomioithan vierailuasi suunnitellessasi, että tilassa ei ole suihkua.
       
     • Tilaa saa käyttää vain terveenä. 
        
       Hygieniaohjeet löytyvät myös tilasta wc:n ja keittiön alakaapin ovesta. Siivousvälineitä ja puhdistusaineet löytyvät keittiön siivouskaapista ja hyllyiltä tilan perällä. Kondomeja ja vesipohjaista liukuvoidetta on hyllyillä tilan perällä.
       
9. Ymmärrän, että minulla ei ole automaattista peruutusoikeutta, kun olen vahvistanut varauksen maksamalla sen. Tutustuthan myös toimitusehtoihimme. Terms of use

By reserving the space I have read, understand and agree to following terms of use:

1. I rent the studio for personal entertainment purposes. I assure I am and my whole entourage is of legal age. I understand I cannot rent the studio for commercial purposes spontaneusly.
   
2. I understand that I am responsible for making sure that the door of the premises is locked after me and that outsiders cannot access the space. You must leave the space by the end of the reserved time.
   
3. I undertake to follow the given instructions to ensure that the furniture, equipment and other movables remain intact and clean. I release 90secs Oy from possible expenses and claims for compensation that may be caused by not following the rules and instructions for use. I undertake to compensate for the damage I have caused if the furniture is broken due to instructions or negligent operation. If the movables are broken or I notice any defects, I undertake to report them immediately by email to info@90studio.fi.
   
4. The studio is a drug-free space. I undertake to use the premises only sober. The use of intoxicants and smoking (including electronic cigarettes and hookahs) are strictly prohibited in the space.
   
5. The studio is located in a building with other operators. I take others into consideration by behaving matter-of-factly in the building’s yard and in its immediate vicinity. I also keep the volume at an acceptable level in the studio.
   
6. Everything that happens in the studio premises during my reservation is based on mutual consent. I take full responsibility for everything that happens. I understand that 90secs Oy is not involved in the events or responsible for them.
   
7. Selling and buying sex in the space is strictly prohibited. According to Finnish legislation, providing a space also counts as participating in pimping. I guarantee that I will not use the space for paid sex or any activity comparable to it.
   
8. I undertake to follow the following hygiene instructions when using the space:
   
   • The bed has a day blanket, a cotton sheet and a waterproof mattress cover for each user. After the use, the used sheets & day blanket should be removed from the bed and put in the laundry basket. The uppermost pillow case must also be removed and taken to the laundry basket, if the bed pillows have been used. If you didn’t use the bed you can skip this step.
     
   • All toys that are used for mucosal contact must be protected with a condom and washed with soap after use. At the end of use, other toys and furniture should be sprayed with a disinfectant spray or wiped with a damp cloth or otherwise according to the given instructions. Put the cleaned toys to the basket next to the laundry basket.
     
   • All used dishes need to be washed and put back in their place, and garbage in the garbage bin.
     
   • Playing with secretions is prohibited in the space. Do take into account when planning your visit that there is no shower in the space.
     
   • The space can only be used when you are healthy.
     
     Hygiene and cleaning instructions can also be found in the room on the door of the toilet and kitchen cupboard. Cleaning tools and other necessities can be found in the kitchen cleaning cupboard and the shelf in the corner of the space. Condoms and water based lubricant is located on the shelf in the toy corner of the space.
     
9. I understand that I do not have an automatic right of cancellation once I have confirmed the reservation by paying for it. Please read our delivery terms and conditions.
