Ohjeet varauksen tekemiseen
- Kirjaudu sisään verkkokauppaan.
- Klikkaa sivun vasemmassa yläosassa linkkiä palvelut.
- Varauskalenteri aukeaa. Valitse sopiva aika ja seuraavasta valikosta varauksen kesto (esim. kahden tunnin varaus ”Tilavaraus 1x 2h (69,00€)”). Huomioithan pidempää varausta tehdessäsi, että studio sulkeutuu keskiyöllä ja varauksen tulee päättyä siihen mennessä.
- Klikkaa varaa, jolloin aukeaa ostoskori.
- Sinun täytyy lukea ja hyväksyä käyttöehdot, minkä jälkeen pääset maksamaan klikkaamalla online tai fastpay. Kaikki verkkokaupan maksutavat ovat käytössä, kun klikkaat online. Fastpay tarjoaa vain korttimaksumahdollisuuden.
- Tarkista, että olet valinnut oikean päivämäärän, ennen kuin maksat varauksen.
- Huomioithan, että varaus on vahvistettu vasta, kun olet maksanut sen.
- Maksun jälkeen saat sähköpostitse tilausvahvistuksen, jossa on tarkemmat saapumisohjeet ja puhelinnumero, josta meidät tavoittaa ongelmatilanteissa. Sinun tulee ladata OnTheMove-sovellus, valita sieltä palveluntarjoaja 90secs ja sallia sijaintitietojen jakaminen sovellukselle, jotta pääset kulkemaan tilaan. Ovenavauspainike löytyy osasta lokerot & kulku ja se toimii yhden tunnin ajan varauksen alkamisesta ja vain silloin, kun sinulla on tilaan varaus. Saavuthan varauksellesi täsmällisesti, jotta mahdollinen edellinen asiakas saa poistumisrauhan. Ovi ei aukea ennen kuin varauksesi on alkanut. Varattuun aikaan on laskettu 15 minuuttia siirtymä- ja siivousaikaa. Varaukselta tulee ehdottomasti poistua viimeistään varatun ajan päättyessä.

How to make a reservation
- Log into the webshop.
- Click on the services link at the top left of the page.
- The booking calendar opens. Choose a suitable time and the duration of the reservation from the following menu (e.g. two-hour reservation ”Space reservation 1x 2h (€69.00)”). Please note our opening hours: the studio closes at midnight and the reservation must end by then.
- Click book, and the shopping cart will open.
- You must read and accept the terms of use, after which you can pay by clicking online or fastpay.
- Double check the date you’ve chosen before completing the purchase.
- Please note that the reservation is confirmed only after you have paid for it.
- After payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email with more detailed arrival instructions and a phone number you can call in case of any issue arises. You need to download the OnTheMove app, select a service provider 90secs and allow the application to share your location information in order to unlock the door and enter to the space. The door opening button can be found in the compartments & access section of the application and it works for one hour from the start of the reservation and only when you have a reservation. Please arrive punctually for your reservation, so that the possible previous reservation can leave in peace. The door will not open until your reservation has started.
